Seth’s meals generally consisted of proteins and vegetables.

Rogen’s diet includes oatmeal, chia seeds, eggs, hemp seeds, and smoked salmon for Protein. 

He had blueberries, grapefruit, and bananas for fruits.

While proteins saw his lean muscle build-up, the fruits took care of his energy level. 

Seth ate lettuce, zucchini, bell pepper, cabbage, carrot, and cauliflower for vegetables.

Mid-morning snacks

This was to help reduce hunger cravings and junk food intake.

This meal comprised;

Lunch menu

For lunch, Seth took fiber and protein-rich foods.

Seth Rogen weight loss exercises

With the help of his trainer, Seth works out five days a week for 45 minutes per day. 

His exercises mainly consisted of high-intensity interval training, and the goal was to work two muscle groups every day. 

Seth’s workouts for the upper body were barbell bench press, inclined barbell press, and weighted pull-ups. 

While the pull-ups target the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, and trapezius, the other exercises work the chest muscles and the deltoids.

For lower body exercise, Seth did lunges, squats, weighted leg press, leg curls, and leg extensions, all of which target the gluteal, calf, and thigh muscles.

The only problem Seth faced during the weight loss journey was skin sagging. However, his dietician and fitness trainer, Hаrlеу Pasternak, advised that it’ll improve with continuous strength training.

His trainer also added weights to his workouts to help him build muscle mass quickly.
