Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie
Smoothies are quick to prepare and very easy to consume with braces. A banana and peanut butter smoothie is a filling and energizing option. Bananas add natural sweetness while peanut butter adds protein.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A handful of ice cubes
Peel the bananas and break them into chunks.
Add bananas, peanut butter, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes and blend again until frothy and chilled.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
