Smooth Yoghurt Parfait
Yogurt provides calcium and protein, both of which are essential for maintaining strong teeth and gums. A yogurt parfait is easy to prepare and requires no chewing effort. Use plain or Greek yogurt as the base to control sugar levels.
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1/2 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mint leaves for garnish optional
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
Wash and slice the strawberries; keep blueberries and raspberries whole.
In serving glasses, layer 1/4 cup yogurt mixture, followed by 2 tablespoons of mixed berries, then 1 tablespoon of granola.
Repeat layering until the glass is filled, finishing with a layer of berries and granola on top.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
